Berry Festival

BERRIES, BLUEGRASS & BBQ!

SATURDAY, June 2nd

8 am to 7 pm

TOWN HOLE PARK, ANDERSON, MO

Excitement is building in Anderson for another taste of history!

The Anderson Berries, Bluegrass & BBQ Festival!

The event is a celebration of the history of the strawberry industry in Anderson. During the early to midunloading strawberries pic 20th century, the area was known as “the strawberry capitol of the world,” as fruit growers from in and around Anderson shipped more strawberries and fruit out of the area than any other place in the world.

2018 Berries, Bluegrass & BBQ Festival Shirt

The festival features arts and craft booths, retail & food vendors, a donut eating contest, a Little Miss Strawberry pageant, and 7 great bluegrass bands throughout the day. There’s even a 5k run the night before!

The festival starts Saturday morning at 8 am at Town Hole Park. Vendors will be set up on the parking lot of Town Hole.

We’re still looking for vendors, so if you’re interested in setting up a retail, arts & crafts, food or non profit booth, please email us at info@andersonbetterment.org
